The Franznap Miniatures webshop is temporarily closed.

New EU cross-border shipping, tax, and environmental recycling policies require us to completely reorganize our e-commerce setup.

This transition will take a few weeks and will change how you will order our miniatures in the future.

These new international regulations place a heavy administrative and financial burden on small companies like ours. To keep Franznap Miniatures running without risking the business, we must adapt our global shipping strategy.

Here are the main upcoming changes to our operations:

  • EU Shipping Restricted Areas (Spain, Austria, Greece, Poland, Sweden, Denmark, Portugal, Romania, Bulgaria & Slovakia) : Due to extremely high annual registration fees for local packaging recycling laws (EPR) in these specific countries, it is no longer financially viable for our webshop to automate direct sales there. If you are a customer in those countries , you can simply send us a private message with your order list, and we will handle your order privately.
  • United Kingdom Orders: To comply with post-Brexit tax laws, we will now only accept webshop orders above £135. No VAT will be charged at checkout, and all import VAT and courier fees will be paid directly by you upon delivery.
  • USA, Australia, & New Zealand: Great news for these regions! Orders under our usual volume will cross the border completely duty-free and tax-free, with zero surprise fees for the buyer upon delivery.
  • Canada: Orders will clear as normal, but please note that local Canadian taxes and a standard Canada Post handling fee (~$9.95 CAD) will be collected at the border upon delivery.
  • New Shipping Schedule (Longer Waiting Times): Previously, our German producer shipped your items directly. Moving forward, Franznap Miniatures will package and ship all goods directly from the Netherlands. To manage this efficiently, we will collect all orders throughout the current month and process, pack, and ship them during the following month.

We truly appreciate your patience and loyalty while we navigate these legal changes. We look forward to reopening very soon alongside our highly anticipated new releases!

Quality and integrity
Our Miniatures are produced in a extremely detailed quality, the product integrity is checked before being packaged in Zip-Log Bags , the shipment in carton boxes and filler provide enough protection to the miniatures, although during shipping it could occur some breaking or bending in the tiny details, this inconvenience could be easily solved with glueing or straightening in place the parts .
We keep for more protection some attached sprue which must be removed with sprue removers. The products can present some minimal mould flesh which can easily be removed with cutter.
The products can brake if not handled properly, and can be cut or worked with cutters and sanding tools, they can be painted after being washed for removing mould remover.
We suggest to previously primer the miniatures, and use acrylic paint.

Shipment
The product will be shipped after the communication of the payment from Paypal or from the support bank .
The shipment cost will be added to the price, in case of loss of the product during shipment, it's cost will be refund upon request by email or re- shipped (exclusive the new shipping costs) only if the shipment was requested with track & trace system.
The shipment time can variate from 2 to 4 weeks because the figures requested will be produced after the order is made, and because of full manual and artisanal organisation.
For Pre sales or special sales the delivery time will be specified directly.

Safety issues
The product is made by small parts and it not suitable for babies and children under 6 years old.

The purchase of our products implicate the acceptance by the buyer of the agreement above
